RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMPLEMENTATION
Mike
Ripley, President / General Manager will be responsible for the administration
and implementation of our Equal Employment Opportunity Program. It will also be
the responsibility of all persons making employment decisions with respect to
recruitment, evaluation, selection, promotion, compensation, training and
termination of employees to ensure that our policy and program is adhered to
and that no person is discriminated against in employment because of race,
color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability.
III. INTERNAL
RECORD KEEPING
In compliance with the new
EEO rules, effective 3/10/03, KOZE-AM/FM has publicized job vacancies for all
of its stations through a combination of some or all of the following: Lewiston Morning Tribune, Lewiston Job
Service, Lewis-Clark State College, University of Idaho, Washington State
University, Walla Walla Community College, Nez Perce Tribal Employment Agency,
Idaho State Broadcasters Association Job Bank Website and the KOZE.com station
website.

RECRUITMENT MEASURES
KOZE
Radio will continue to strive to update, refine, and expand its recruitment
sources through further efforts in the months and years ahead and intends to
use the improved lists for virtually all job openings.
V. LONG TERM
RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES
In
addition to the Supplemental Recruitment obligations listed above, KOZE Radio
is committed to performing at least two of the long-term EEO recruitments set
forth in the FCCÕs EEO rules within a two-year period. From June 1, 2005
through May 31, 2006, KOZE Radio participated in the following long-term
